$425 Furnished ballroom space. Approximately 6’x 8’ display area. One elegantly draped
table. Two chairs. A 7in X 32in printed company sign. Contact lead list of attendees.

$675 Furnished ballroom space. Approximately 8’x 10’ display area. One elegantly draped table. Four chairs. A
7in X 32in printed company sign. Contact lead list of attendees.

$950 Furnished ballroom space. Approximately 8’x 20’ display area. Two elegantly draped
tables. Six chairs. A 7in X 32in printed company sign. Contact lead list of attendees.

All booth areas include 7' x 44' ID sign, a skirted/drape display table, two chairs, a bridal list, program & website listing.

Deposit of half the total exhibitor fees 50% is due with the return of your signed agreement. Final balance is
due Jan 8, 2012. Any agreements received after 1/8/12 must be paid in full with this signed agreement. HR
Productions can not reserve space with out a deposit or signed agreement. Don’t forget to add your order
for electrical and show program ads on this agreement as well. A paid receipt will follow by e-mail from HR
Productions. A detailed event letter will be e-mailed the week of the event and will include facility load-in
Instructions, ballroom layout and event time line.

Exhibitor must provide a 10 to 15ft
extension cord and one power strip.

Registration Goody Bag $75.00 per 150 pieces Bridal Stuffers for the 2012 / 2013 Brides. Key Chains, Flyers, Sales
