Here’s what it is.

As a PR Production exhibitor, you may have business colleagues that don’t currently exhibit
at The International Bridal Expo, but should. PR Productions introduces the Exhibitor Referral
Program, a program designed to bring new exhibitors to The International Bridal Expo, while
putting money in your pocket!

Participating is easy - simply refer a company that has not previously exhibited at The
International Bridal Expo. If they sign-up and book a basic ballroom or atrium / lobby display
area, then your company will be earning $75.00 credit towards your company’s exhibiting fees back
to your company, per referred exhibitor. (maximum 5 referrals exhibitor).

Here's how it work

Contact the company you are referring to, let them know that they should exhibit at The
International Bridal Expo, have your referred company visit The International Bridal Expo website at
www.prproductionshr.com and enter their company’s information on the “Referral Program” page.
As soon as we receive your referral information, Our productions associate will contact your
company about the show.

The Fine Print
• Referring exhibitor must be in good standing.
• Referring exhibitor must be the company that signed the original contract.
• Referred company must contract a basic ballroom or atrium / lobby display space at the prevailing rate for
you receive your discount.
• Referred company cannot be already contracted to exhibit at The International Bridal Expo.
• Referred company must not have exhibited at the past three PR Productions events.
• Referring exhibitor is restricted to a maximum $500 discount on their booth space, by multiple referrals.
• Referred company must indicate on contract that the current International Bridal Expo exhibitor referred them.
